Mind Body and Bowls is a space built with love and offering healing and Spiritual Journeys.  My husband and myself built this cabin with one intention in mind, to offer healing and energy to others. The walls are built from reclaimed timbers, which ooze energy.  The suspended floor is specially designed to increase vibrations.

I have been on my own Spiritual Growth for the last 20 years, starting when my dad became terminally ill.  I am trained in Mediumship, Psychic readings, Sound Healing and Reki.  I have fallen in love with Sound Healing and Meditation.  In our Mind Body and Bowls Spiritual Cabin in West Horsley, we offer a range of services including Sound Bowls, Gong Baths, and Shamanic Drumming Journeys, ceremonial fires and Cacao ceremonies.  

Our aim is to facilitate deep healing within and alignment of the mind, body, and spirit.  If you feel ready for some relaxation, need to switch off or just want a experience then please join us at the Horsley healing cabin.  We accept one to one and group bookings. 

We are also really excited that in 2025 we will be offering spiritual training to others.  This will be our very own "Spiritual School" where like flowers you will be able to blossom and spread positivity and healing.
